Everett’s best beach is a small sliver of sand forming a human-made island that acts as a breakwater for the Port of Everett Marina. The Jetty, as it’s known by locals, is home to shallow, warm beaches, tons of wildlife and a bustling kiteboarding scene. There’s a ferry that will take you over in the summer months, otherwise, you’ll need to make friends with someone who owns a boat. If you can find a way over in the off-season, it’s an eerie deserted island teeming with beauty. If you’re visiting Everett in the summer, the Jetty is a must. Trust us.
