Sorticulture is the Northwest’s best Garden Arts Fest*.

June 7-9, 2019 @ Legion Memorial Park

*Caveat, if you don’t have a garden, like garden art or garden-y things, keep reading, there’s stuff for you too. Promise.

Every year, the city of Everett’s Cultural Arts Department takes over Legion Park and fills it with art, garden-y goodness, street food, music, a beer garden and a bunch of other family-friendly stuff. It’s free to attend if nothing else, go to walk around in a sunny northwest park with an ah-mazing view of the Puget Sound. If you’re attending, here are some tips to make the most of it.

Getting there:

Parking can be a pain, so the City has your back. You'll want to park at Everett Community College's parking lot and take the free shuttle. All of the information you need to make this easy as pie is right here.

Food & Drinks

: Food is especially tasty when it's prepared fair style in a tent or a truck. There's gonna be a bunch of food vendors AND a wine/beer garden. Last year we took our lunch into the wine garden, enjoyed lunch and a beverage and made some new friends. It was lovely. You should do the same.

: We know; you can only browse garden art and eat for so long. There'll be plenty of fun to keep you entertained throughout the festival, for sure. Live bands, lectures (including Ciscoe Morris), wood carving, kid fun (like face painting and sand castle building), cute animals to pet and more. Check out the whole entertainment schedule here.
